Yeast Products: We provide a wide variety of yeast products that are made from bakers’ and brewers’ yeast. Our complete portfolio includes:

- Technical-grade and Refined Yeast Extracts – Amberex™, Flavor Mate™, Tastone and Amberferm lines of products
Vegetable Protein Hydrolysates: Our line of soy protein hydrolysates includes products that are either acid- or enzyme-hydrolyzed. Acid-hydrolyzed products are specially designed for fermentation applications and have very low salt. Our enzyme-hydrolyzed products are made from GMO-free soy and range from crude to high-clarity, low-endotoxin products.
Dairy Hydrolysates: We have a growing line of dairy hydrolysates for the diagnostic media and fermentation markets that we have co-developed with Tatua Dairy Cooperative in New Zealand. Tatua has a captive and consistent supply of milk from its own farms, so our relationship with them helps us provide our customers with security of consistent supply of dairy hydrolysates that is unmatched by any other supplier in the marketplace. Put simply, no other hydrolysate manufacturer or supplier has this direct link to the primary raw material source - milk. Sensient is the exclusive global marketer of the dairy hydrolysates that are manufactured by Tatua using BSE-free, New Zealand-sourced raw materials.
