Sensirome® Ultra

Sensirome® Ultra is a proprietary line of premium yeast extracts that utilizes innovative process technologies in its manufacture. In savory applications, Sensirome® Ultra extracts deliver optimized flavor enhancement at far lower usage levels than competitive extracts. Sensirome® Ultra extracts are superior because they are highly concentrated, natural and low in sodium. By delivering optimum levels of naturally occurring MSG and 5’ nucleotides, Sensirome® Ultra extracts dramatically enhance the flavor and salt perception of savory products. They will be especially useful in soups, sauces, gravies, meat and cheese products and salad dressings.

Flavor Mate™

The Flavor Mate™ line contains a high level of naturally occurring 5’ nucleotides. Produced from primary grown bakers yeast, Flavor Mate™ extracts provide maximum flavor potential, while contributing minimal background or yeasty flavor. They are often used to help improve labeling by eliminating monosodium glutamate, disodium guanylate and disodium inosinate. They are also an ideal choice for significantly enhancing the flavor and salty perception of reduced salt formulations.

Savory Mate®

Savory Mate® extracts deliver very specific, strong flavor enhancement in beef, poultry and vegetable flavored applications. They are produced from primary grown bakers yeast. Some of the products contain naturally occurring 5’ nucleotides for superior flavor potential. These products perform exceptionally well in low-fat foods.

Amberflave™

The Amberflave™ line utilizes bakers’, brewers’ or 5’ nucleotide yeast extracts to deliver a wide variety of flavor-enhancing characteristics. These extracts provide an alternative to MSG and HVPs and are designed to perform within specific flavor systems.

Amberex™

The Amberex™ line captures the robustness and flavorful nature of brewers’ yeast. Depending on the flavor system you are developing, our line of Amberex™ yeast extracts maximize hearty beef-like or aged cheese flavor notes and can provide flavor enhancement of meaty, cheesy, savory and salty characteristics.

Yestal

The Yestal line is an autolyzed brewers yeast extract and is rich in soluble protein, vitamin B complex, aminoacids and nucleotides and makes Yestal a high impact flavor enhancer. We develop a different range of Yestal products that can be used in processed meat, snacks, seasonings, soups, gravies, salad dressings and cheese products. Due to the enhancer property of Yestal it can also be used to reduce the salt level in savory food.
